How to Order

How do I place an order on your website?

• Shop - You may browse the online store or search for a product by entering the Product ID number or a key word in the search box. Click on the Add to Cart button to add the item to your shopping cart. You may add multiple products on a category page by entering the quantity beside each product desired. Click on the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the page.
  
  
• Shopping Cart - You can change the quantity of items here. With any change you make to the cart, you will need to click on RECALCULATE to update the cart.
  • Order is being shipped to Utah (not tax exempt). Check this box if your order is being shipped to Utah and you are not tax exempt. If you do not check the box and your order applies, we will add tax to your order before it is shipped. Note: If your Utah company is tax exempt, we will need your tax ID number. You may enter that in the Special Instructions box or email it to us.
  • Click on CALCULATE SHIPPING. Select your country and enter your zip code if required. Select the method desired. Continue to previous screen.
  • Click RECALCULATE to show your new order total.
  • You can then either GO TO PAYMENTS or CONTINUE SHOPPING.
    
    
• Billing and Shipping Screen - When you click on the GO TO PAYMENTS button, you will see this screen. Enter your billing name and address, and your email address. Required fields are in BOLD. A copy of the order will go to this email address. Enter your shipping information (or your customer's shipping address if this is a dropship order). Check the Remember my name and address for my future purchases box to retain your order information. Then click Continue.
  
  
• Payment Screen - You will see a summary of your order. At the bottom of the screen, select your desired method of payment. If you select Payment by PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal Checkout screen. Follow the instructions there.
  
  
• SSL SECURE PAYMENT Screen - If you selected Debit or Credit card, you will be directed to this screen.  Enter your credit card information. Required fields are in BOLD. You can double click on the SSL Secured (128 Bit) lock at the bottom of your browser to view the Certificate information that ensures your credit card information is safe. Then click on the ORDER NOW button. Your order will not be complete until you click on this button.

Your order will remain pending until we approve it. First we must make sure all of the items you have ordered are in stock. If you have chosen to pay with a credit card, your card will not be charged until we approve your order.

How do I place an order offline?

When you order a catalog, you will receive a wholesale gifts price list, an order form, and instructions. We recommend that you make copies of the order form. Simply fill out the form and send it to the address on the form along with your payment. You can also fax your order to 1-800-535-0173. (You will still need to send a check or fax your credit card information along with the order.)

You can also send us an email with your name and shipping address. List the items you wish to purchase, or fill out the Quick Order Form which is designed for large catalog orders. We will check our inventory to make sure the items are in stock, and then send you a Quickbooks invoice that you can pay online using a credit card.

Can I send my order as a gift? Will you gift wrap it for me?

You may send an order as a gift, but gift wrapping is not available for these products. We will not include prices on your invoice. If your order is a credit card order, we may call you to validate the order. You may request that we include a special message to your receiver.
