How can I view my account and orders I've placed online?

You will receive an email after your order is shipped that will include a link to your Quickbooks invoice. If this is your first order, you will be asked to create an account in order to view your invoices.

I ordered an item and you said it was out of stock or discontinued, now what?

A1 Wholesale Gifts & Treasures updates the product database every week. With over 4000 products to keep track of, it is quite a challenge to keep up with items going out of stock. In addition, because most of these items are hand crafted from countries all over the world, the manufacturers may choose to discontinue an item in order to begin production of another design.

If an item turns out to be out of stock, we do not back order. The reason for this is because it's very difficult to keep track of back orders. Sometimes a manufacturer will give us an ETA date, but then for some reason not deliver. We find it best to not include the item on your invoice or if you were already charged for the item, we will issue a credit to your account.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Estimated delivery times are as follows. Remember A1 Wholesale Gifts & Treasures has no control over delays once the order has been shipped. You will receive tracking numbers if available.

For US customers:
UPS or USPS Ground5 - 10 business days
DHL or USPS Express Mail1 - 2 business days

For International customers:
USPS Surface (Ground) Mail4 - 8 weeks
USPS Air Parcel or Letter Post2 - 3 weeks

The UPS tracking information is not working.

The warehouse has its own UPS system. Packages are picked up at the warehouse (located in California) on the day they are shipped, but are not scanned until they reach your nearest UPS facility. ups.com will not show the tracking information until the packages are scanned. Therefore, you may not see this information for several days after you receive an "order shipped" email. Note: The scheduled delivery date is subject to change after the packages are scanned.
